Vision Statement
Recognizing that skilled and enthused human resources are as vital for public service delivery as oxygen is to human body, to keep the framework of State Government and its organizations in robust and vibrant state by infusing them with trained, skilled and motivated human resources with the stated objective of efficient public service delivery.
Mandate
To build capacity and upgrade skills of human resource at all levels of of governmental functioning and allied areas, and to undertake studies and research with the end goal of more effective and equitous governance.
Objective
Continuous updating of information levels in all areas germane to and having contemporaneity for governance to serve the common man.
